Our extras
To fully utilize the estate’s entire production, ensuring nothing is wasted or thrown away, we have begun producing liquid soaps and shampoos on the estate—still on a limited scale—from the olives harvested, which are otherwise unsuitable for making high-quality oil.
We also plan to soon produce herbs of provence and Sénancole pepper.
Our soaps
Keen to use all the olives from the estate—even the ones that had been pricked, for example, and spotted by the optical sorter—we wanted to recreate a truly artisanal liquid soap made with olive oil.
Deliciously fragrant, yet also very gentle, it’s a decidedly natural product, very pleasant for the skin… and much appreciated by its first users!
Our shampoos
Along the same lines, we’ve also started producing olive oil shampoos, which are also very gentle and natural.

Our condiments
Provence obliges… we have finally planted Provençal herbs at the Domaine de la Sénancole, as well as peppers (Gorria type), and Mediterranean-inspired herbs, such as Syrian marjoram, for example.
On very fertile soil, our vegetable gardens, managed using permaculture methods, allow us to produce a whole range of flavor enhancers, natural complements to our oils:
- Traditional herbs of Provence, of course,
- Peppers mixed with paprika,
- Special Fish Mixes (also including basil, wild fennel and bay leaf)
- Or even Provençal Zaatar…
