Since February 2022, we have been proud to belong to the Collège Culinaire de France – chaired by Alain Ducasse and Alain Dutournier – which brings together nearly 3,000 restaurateurs and artisan producers keen to embody the best of French culinary heritage. All of them, like us, claim to be “quality activist artisans”.
